Digital Signature (DSC) is a physical signature in an electronic format. A digital signature is used in India for online transactions such as filing of annual returns, company or LLP incorporation, income tax e-filing, e-tendering, etc. There are 3 types of Digital Signatures, Class I, Class II, and Class III Digital Signatures. Class I digital signature is used to secure email communication. Class II Digital Signature is used for company registration, IT return e-filing, obtaining DIN, DPIN, etc. Class III Digital Signature Registration is used for participating in e-tendering and e-auction. Digital Signature: Certificate Type:-

•  Signal: Sign DSC can only be used for signing documents. The most popular use is to sign PDF files for tax returns, MCAs, and other websites. Signing through DSC assures not only the signer but also the integrity of the data. This is proof of untampered and unmodified data.
• Encrypt: Encrypt DSC can be used to encrypt only one document, it is popularly used in tender portals, to help companies to encrypt and upload documents. You can also use certificates to encrypt and send classified information. Encrypt DSC is suitable for sharing e-commerce documents, legal documentation, and highly confidential documents and contains information that needs to be protected. We are also selling EncryptCertificate as a standalone product.
• Sign and encrypt: Our Sign & Encrypt DSC can be used for both signing and encrypting. This is convenient for users who need to authenticate and maintain the confidentiality of the information shared. Its uses include filing government forms and applications.
• Validity of certificate: You can buy certificates with a validity of up to three years. (Validity is governed by law, and you cannot buy certificates of validity of more than three years and less than one year)
• Certificate classes: As per the new guidelines issued by CCA, Capricorn CA can issue only Class 3 DSC to its customers. However, all previously purchased Class 2 certificates will remain active and in use.
• Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate: We also offer Class 3 Digital Signature Certificates as per the IVG Guidelines, which are considered the safest and most secure of all certificates. It is mainly used in high security and security cases such as e-filing, online trading, and e-commerce where large amounts of money or highly confidential information are involved.

Who can buy our certificate?
There is no limit on who can buy our certificates, people and organizations in India and outside India can buy our certificates, provided they meet our verification guidelines. Please refer to our list below to select a suitable application form.

• Persons: DSC is for those Indians who do not want the name of their organization to be part of the certificate.
• Organization: Ths DSC is for companies (any type of entity) who want their organization name to be part of the DSC.
• Foreign person: DSC is for foreigners and would like to use our certificate in their name.
•  Foreign Organization: DSC is for organizations registered outside India who wish to use our digital certificates.
• Document Signer Certificate: If you want to use our certificates for bulk signing documents, you can use our bulk signer certificates. We will offer this certificate in the PFX file for class 2 and will be sold to organizations only.
•   EIT Certificate: We have a special Digital Signature Certificate for IEC Code holders, this certificate is exclusively used for DGFT Portal.
