Overview
What is AOC-4 Filing?
AOC-4 is the e-form through which a company files its financial statements — the balance sheet, profit & loss account, auditor's report, board's report and related documents — with the Registrar of Companies each year.
It must be filed within about 30 days of the AGM at which the accounts were adopted. Companies with consolidated statements file AOC-4 (CFS), and certain companies use AOC-4 XBRL. Late filing attracts a ₹100-per-day additional fee with no cap.
We prepare AOC-4 with the correct attachments, get it reviewed, and file it on time.

When is AOC-4 due?

What attachments does AOC-4 need?
The audited balance sheet and P&L, the auditor's report, the board's report, and the AGM notice/resolutions, among others.
What is AOC-4 XBRL?
A variant requiring financials in XBRL format, applicable to certain classes of companies. We confirm whether it applies to you.
What's the late fee for AOC-4?

Do I need an AGM before filing AOC-4?

What do I receive?
The filed AOC-4 with its SRN and the correctly attached financials on record.
