Welcome to MyFinancialAdvisory (“MFA”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to our website, customer portal, tools and professional/business-compliance services.

MyFinancialAdvisory is the service brand through which the services described on this website are offered. The legal supplier for a transaction is the supplier identified on the applicable quotation or invoice. The current GST-registered invoice supplier is NITIN GUPTA, GSTIN 07BFXPG4004F1ZJ, registered in Delhi.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding arrangement to purchase or use our services. If you act for a company, LLP, partnership, proprietorship or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to provide instructions and information on its behalf.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for maintaining the security of your login credentials and devices. You must promptly inform us if you believe your account has been accessed without authority.

MFA may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected misuse, legal compliance or protection of customer data.

3. Services

Service descriptions, inclusions, exclusions, estimated timelines and prices shown on the website are intended to help you select an appropriate service.

The exact scope applicable to your purchase is determined by the service selected, quotation/order, invoice, information requested from you and any written communication expressly forming part of the engagement.

Government or authority approval is never guaranteed.

4. Information and documents supplied by you

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and genuine information and documents.

MFA may rely on information supplied by you when preparing applications, filings, calculations or other work.

Delays or additional work caused by missing, inconsistent, inaccurate or late information may affect timelines and may require revised scope or charges, which will be disclosed before additional chargeable work is undertaken.

5. Service timelines

Any timeline displayed or communicated is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Completion can depend on:

  • receipt of customer information or documents;
  • government or regulatory portals;
  • third-party systems;
  • authority processing times;
  • clarifications, objections or additional requirements;
  • events outside MFA’s reasonable control.

MFA does not guarantee a government or regulatory processing timeline.

6. Pricing and taxes

Prices are displayed or quoted based on the selected service and available information.

GST and other applicable taxes are charged as displayed on the quotation or invoice.

Government, statutory, filing, stamp-duty, certification or other third-party charges may be separate from MFA’s professional/service fee unless expressly included.

The issued invoice is authoritative for the final billed amounts.

7. Payments

Payments must be made by the due date and according to the payment terms shown on the applicable invoice/order.

Where an advance payment is required, work may begin only after the required advance is received.

MFA may reasonably pause unfinished work where an undisputed amount remains overdue after notice.

Detailed payment rules are provided in the Payment & Billing Policy.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund rights are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.

MFA will not impose an arbitrary cancellation penalty. Amounts relating to work already performed or statutory/third-party charges already incurred may not be refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Government and third-party systems

Many services involve systems operated by government departments, regulators, payment providers or other third parties.

MFA is not responsible for outages, processing delays or decisions controlled exclusively by those parties, but will provide reasonable assistance in relation to the service purchased.

10. Communications

By creating an account or purchasing a service, you agree to receive operational communications reasonably necessary to provide the service, including document requests, case updates, invoices, security messages and support responses.

Marketing communications, where used, should be treated separately from necessary transactional communication.

11. Intellectual property

The MFA website, branding, original content, software, templates and interface elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

You may use customer deliverables supplied to you for their intended business purpose.

You may not copy, scrape, resell, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit the platform or proprietary MFA content except as permitted by law or written agreement.

12. Acceptable use

You must not use MFA to:

  • submit fraudulent, forged or unlawfully obtained documents;
  • impersonate another person or organisation;
  • attempt unauthorised access;
  • interfere with platform security;
  • upload malicious software;
  • use the service for an unlawful purpose.

13. Suspension or termination

MFA may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of security risk, unlawful conduct, fraudulent information, material breach or non-payment.

Where practical and lawful, we will provide appropriate notice.

Termination does not erase rights, obligations, invoices or records that must legitimately be retained.

14. Limitation and responsibility

MFA will provide services with reasonable care.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MFA is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by third-party authority decisions, outages, customer-supplied inaccuracies or events outside reasonable control.

15. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the MFA Privacy Policy and applicable law.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect product, regulatory or operational changes.

The current published version will display its effective/update date.

Changes do not retrospectively rewrite an issued invoice or completed contractual record.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Disputes are subject to courts/tribunals of competent jurisdiction in India, including applicable consumer-redressal rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
