This calendar lists the standard annual ROC/MCA filings and their usual deadlines for a financial year ending 31 March. AGM-linked due dates (such as AOC-4 and MGT-7) are shown relative to the AGM because the exact date depends on when your AGM is held; first-year companies, event-based filings (such as changes in directors, capital or charges) and any MCA extensions are not shown. Confirm your specific dates with a professional — late ROC filings attract per-day penalties.

FAQs
Questions, answered
What are the main annual ROC filings for a company?
For a private limited company: AOC-4 (financial statements) within 30 days of the AGM, MGT-7 (annual return) within 60 days of the AGM, DIR-3 KYC for every director by 30 September, and DPT-3 by 30 June. ADT-1 is filed when an auditor is appointed.
What does an LLP file each year?
Form 11 (annual return) by 30 May and Form 8 (Statement of Account & Solvency) by 30 October. Designated partners holding a DIN also file DIR-3 KYC by 30 September.
What happens if I miss a ROC deadline?
Most ROC forms carry an additional fee of ₹100 per day of delay, with no upper cap, plus possible penalties on the company and its officers. Filing on time is far cheaper than catching up later.
Are these dates exact?
The fixed-date filings (like DIR-3 KYC and DPT-3) are firm; AGM-linked filings depend on your actual AGM date, and the government occasionally extends deadlines. Use this as a planning calendar and confirm specifics for your company.
