This Payment & Billing Policy explains how payments for MyFinancialAdvisory services are billed and recorded.

1. Prices

The amount payable for a service is the amount displayed or agreed for that order, quotation or invoice.

GST is applied where applicable.

Government fees, statutory charges, stamp duties, certification fees or other third-party charges are separate unless expressly stated as included.

2. Invoice

Where an invoice is issued, it records the applicable:

  • supplier GST registration;
  • recipient information;
  • place of supply;
  • taxable value;
  • GST treatment;
  • amount due;
  • due date;
  • payment terms.

The issued invoice is the authoritative billing record.

3. Payment due date

Payment is due according to the due date shown on the invoice/order.

If no separate due date is specified for an immediate online purchase, payment is due at checkout/order confirmation.

4. Advance payments

Some services may require an advance or full payment before work starts.

Where the order or quotation specifies an advance, MFA may begin work once the required amount is confirmed as received.

5. Payment methods

MFA may make available one or more payment methods, such as:

  • online payment through an authorised payment provider;
  • bank transfer;
  • UPI;
  • another method shown on the invoice.

Only use payment instructions displayed through MFA’s official invoice, portal or verified communication channel.

6. Card/payment credentials

Where payment is processed by a third-party payment provider such as Razorpay, card or banking credentials entered on that provider’s payment interface are processed according to that provider’s security and privacy practices.

MFA should not store full card credentials in its application database.

7. Failed or pending payments

A failed, cancelled or pending payment does not constitute successful payment.

An order/payment status is updated after payment confirmation is received through the applicable payment provider or verified by MFA.

8. Duplicate payment

If the same amount is demonstrably received more than once for the same obligation, the duplicate amount will be reconciled and, where appropriate, refunded to the original payment method or otherwise resolved with the customer.

9. Overdue payments

MFA may send reminders for overdue undisputed invoices.

MFA may pause unfinished work after reasonable notice while a required payment remains overdue.

No undisclosed late charge or interest will be imposed.

10. Tax invoices

GST invoices are generated using the supplier GST registration, Place of Supply and tax treatment applicable to the issued invoice.

Changing current billing or GST settings does not alter historical issued invoices.

11. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

12. Billing queries
