Income Tax services

Income tax filing, TDS and notices for every taxpayer

Income tax runs on a calendar: estimate and pay advance tax through the year, deduct and file TDS each quarter, then file the right ITR after year-end — and respond if a notice arrives. We handle the whole lifecycle for salaried individuals, freelancers, firms, LLPs and companies: ITR filing with the correct form and regime, capital-gains computation, TDS returns and TAN, 15CA/15CB for foreign remittances, tax audit support, and income-tax notice replies — every filing AI-checked and reviewed by qualified professionals before submission, tracked in your portal. We file through the official Income Tax portal and never promise a refund, a tax saving or notice relief.

FAQs

Income Tax questions, answered

Which ITR form should I file?

It depends on your income sources — salary, business or professional income, capital gains, house property, foreign income and your entity type (individual, firm, LLP or company). We identify the right form (ITR-1 to ITR-7) and the documents you need before filing.

What's the income tax compliance calendar?

Broadly: advance tax in instalments (15 June, 15 Sep, 15 Dec, 15 Mar); quarterly TDS returns if you deduct TDS; the ITR after the financial year (commonly 31 July for non-audit cases, 31 October for audit cases); and a tax audit before the ITR where it applies. Dates can change by notification — we track them for you.

Old regime or new regime — which is better?

It depends on how many deductions you actually claim. The old regime allows deductions (80C, 80D, HRA, home loan) at higher rates; the new regime has lower rates but disallows most. The new regime is the default. We compute both on your numbers and file under the lower one.

Do I still need to file if my employer deducted TDS?

Usually yes. TDS is tax collected through the year — you file a return to report income, claim deductions and get any refund of excess TDS. Filing also creates the record you need for loans, visas and tenders.

Do you handle TDS, TAN and advance tax?

Yes — TAN registration, quarterly TDS return filing (24Q/26Q/27Q) with Form 16/16A, 15CA/15CB for foreign remittances, and advance-tax computation are all supported, with reminders so you avoid the ₹200/day late fee and 234B/234C interest.

When does a tax audit apply?

A tax audit under Section 44AB applies above prescribed turnover/receipts thresholds, or in certain cases like declaring below the presumptive rate. We assess applicability, prepare your books and coordinate the audit (Form 3CA/3CB + 3CD) before your ITR.

Can you help if I received an income tax notice?

Yes. We explain the notice in plain language — whether it's a 143(1) intimation, a 139(9) defective-return notice, a 143(2) scrutiny or a 148 reassessment — reconcile your data, and file an evidence-backed response through e-proceedings within the deadline. We never guarantee a particular outcome.

Is filing done through a government API, and do you guarantee refunds?

No. We prepare and review returns and file through the official Income Tax e-filing portal, completing e-verification. We never claim a private API, and we never promise a refund, a guaranteed tax saving or notice relief — those depend on your data and the department.
