Overview
What is CSR-1 Registration?
Form CSR-1 is the registration an NGO files with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) to become eligible to receive CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) funds from companies. Since CSR spending by qualifying companies is mandatory under the Companies Act, registered implementing agencies (NGOs) are how a lot of that funding flows.
To file CSR-1, the NGO generally needs to be a registered trust, society or Section 8 company with 12A and 80G registration, and the form is certified by a practising professional (CA/CS/CMA) and filed with a DSC. On approval, the MCA issues a CSR Registration Number.
We confirm your eligibility, prepare and certify Form CSR-1, and file it with the MCA so companies can fund your work compliantly.
